At TeamFit Training we are more than just Science based Training programs, it is an experience.

When you walk into the TeamFit Arena, you will feel instantly Immersed by our Choreographed Lighting and the journey we create via our curated playlists designed by the TeamFit DJ.

When the beat drops and the lighting changes, you will find another gear which you didn’t think you had, and you will be moving faster than you ever have before!

Our Exercise Scientist and experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach, Brodie, has carefully formulated our three strands of training:

TeamStrong is for those of you who value the strength of the human body! Our TeamStrong sessions are designed to maximise your strength outputs while also focusing on fat loss and muscle gain, it’s the best of both worlds!

The sessions within our TeamStrong strand are research based to ensure that your results speak for themselves. So if your aim is to lift some serious tin and become as strong and lean as a Superhero, TeamStrong is the strand for you!​

Let’s say you accidentally step foot in a time machine, and that time machine blasts you back to a time where Sabretooth Tigers were a thing, well you’ll be wishing that you had some TeamEndure sessions under your belt.

Our TeamEndure sessions are designed to turn you into a lean, mean, fighting machine, with enough “go” in you to punch a Sabretooth right on the nose. The TeamEndure sessions are the perfect combination of resistance and cardiovascular training wrapped up in a HIIT style package.

Although HIIT sessions will be a major focus, you can also expect to see some serious strength gains throughout our integrated strength training system.

The TeamFitFinisher is a staple of TeamFit, the last ten minutes of every session expect to Sweat, Move & have a whole lot of fun!

Our choreographed lighting comes to life alongside our music that is customised by our very own DJ! – The perfect formula to burn through those calories!

You and your TeamFitTeamMates will be experiencing one hell of a vibe, the perfect way to finish!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

When you join the TeamFit Family, you will have a one-on-one consultation with one of our friendly coaches. You will discuss your history and goals, and use our ShaeFit assessment tool to kickstart your personalised training, health and nutrition plan.

We will then set up and use your TeamBeat heart rate monitor to measure your workout intensity, record your daily calories burned and heart rate data in your profile within our app. This will give us all the information we need to keep you on the path to your goals, adjust anything if needed, and help to optimise not only your training efficiency but your holistic enjoyment in being a part of the TeamFit Family.

Whether you are training for the Australia Open in Tennis, or have never stepped foot inside a gym before, TeamFit Training will cater for you.
